A tripartite agreement for cooperation and interaction is concluded today by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, the Ministry of Justice of Russian Federation Moscow Regional Office and the Moscow Regional Chamber of Advocates. The relevant agreement provided for the establishment of Mediation Center. According to all signatories these dealings would be promote legal education and popularization of media procedure with regard to the business and among the Moscow Region population. In particular, to create some favorable conditions for the implementation of the alternative procedure of disputes settlement.  With participation of an independent third person as mediator, that could relate development assistance of collaborative and business relationships issues, urgency of a set of business rules and ethics. An important challenge is harmonization of social relations according to reforming the Russian Federation legal system tasks. Another important point is a need for public awareness of the law be improved. 

The parties plan to carry out joint activities for sustainable mediation development, provide non-refundable pretrial settlement  of individuals and entities counseling, having actual mediation procedure among litigants. Also, it should be noted that there is no such interaction anywhere in the Russian Federation yet. The Moscow Region, again, has demonstrated a positive business collaboration model among various authorities. 
    -The main shortcomings of the existing judicial review remained  a resource - intensive process for entrepreneurs, when any procedural 
error committed by businessmen, potentially makes  any further chance of defending their interests get multiplied complicated - commented Vladimir Golovnev. The mediation primary objective is a joint search for possible solution that suits all parties to the conflict. There is no any concept for "winners" or "losers" in mediation but it is "parties agreeing". Suarly, all issues can be adequately resolved with mediation center support before it ever gets to court.
