An expended board meeting held by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev took place on the "Ramenskiy electrical engineering plant Energy". The place was chosen not by chance, but because this plant has very large manufacturing capacities as well as the scientific and technological base, also with its own construction background. It is worth noting of  the plant operational history descents down to 90 years and is known for its electrical equipment production.

During  a business tour the discussion started with, the CEO of plant Akop Akopjan explained the guests about challenges the plant has been encountered latterly. A main purpose among the others, is not only to keep existing capabilities and staff, but also stimulate innovation through production process. The most important issue today is staff shortage, when there is either lack of engineers or professional masters and workers. The enterprise requires the specialists to promote and power its forward in advance. New materials as well as innovative ideas and computerized ways of production allow more interesting items being produced. But we do not have the relevant experts so far - said the businessman.
   Other industrialists from Ramenskoe have agreed with Akop Akopjan, nearly every participant of board meeting pointed out the lack of qualified staff. This entails impossibility to operate at full impact to reach maximum potential if the capacity is being used half the power. A regulators multiple audit also hampered the business activities.
   The challenges and concerns are being discussed at the board meeting not including obvious achievements. Such meetings provide an understanding of current business concerns and needs to keep doing business and getting any help if necessary. The information basis is formed and organized to provide the legislative initiatives and make some adjustments of current legislation. This intervention is  focused on more contributions instead of discourage the development of  Moscow region business.
