The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev was thanked for his assistance in resolving a matter of an entrepreneur from Orehovo-Zuevo urban district.
As a result of the matter, being considered by Moscow Region Business Ombudsman, the applicant received the debt in full of total amount of 1,5 million rubles.
" The debt had been fully settled after your intervention, in doing so, you are the one who helped. We kindly grateful for your assistance and our issues being resolved quickly"- that was said in the letter received by the Commissioner's Office for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in in Moscow Region.
On May this year the CEO of LLC "TeploAvtomatica" appealed to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev of municipal entity improper performance (a contract employer) the timely payment obligations, based on the contract for modernization of boiler control system.
All works were properly and fully completed in time, that was confirmed by acts signed by both parties on January 2020. In addition, this information was provided on the contract portal of Unified Automated Control System of Moscow Region procurement.
The employer supplies the utility to MKD of Zaraysk urban district, had paid only one- quarter of contract. Thus, the MUP continues to carry out its economic activity and keeps getting paid for the services provided, despite the restriction of Coronavirus pandemic.
At the same time, the contract performer was forced to stop partly his business due to pandemic and orders reduction. All that has led to losses and additional expenses, related to jobs and salaries preserving.
Under a difficult economic conditions, such irresponsible attitude of employer could lead to a total destruction of the organization - performer.
In addition, during consideration of this appeal, it was revealed that this MUP was mentioned in the same violation before, having owing to other entity in Moscow Region for ongoing repairs of residential apartments entrances.
In this connection, there was a request to the Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General in order to hold an inspection of municipal authorities inaction and to take the necessary measures required, according to the current legislation of Russian Federation.
Through coordinated work with the Moscow Region Office of the Auditor General the debt of 1 457 974, 34 of rubles was settled in full. The applicant was informed of his issue withdrawal from the control". - clarified the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
