Following the intervention of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, the Tax Service had unblocked the account of an entreprener, who paid taxes nearly 1,2 million rubles in total.
Having paid all taxes required, the account of a businessman from Krasnogorsk urban district is remained being frozen. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev helped the CEO of a construction company to solve this problem.
The CEO of a limited liability company applied to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev for inaction of Krasnogorsk Tax Service officials in account's blocking elimination since all the taxes were paid.
As the entrepreneur informed, by February 2020, the causes of account's blocking have been removed, but with no any further tax service actions.
"All the taxes, fees and fines were paid, but to this day, a duplicative sum is blocked on the account. Our applications to the tax service remain unanswered, we still have not received any decision". - noted the CEO of the company in his complaint from 16.03.20 year.
The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev submitted a request to federal tax office in Moscow Region to consider arguments and payment documents for necessary decision to be made.

He also received an official answer of the absence of workable solution of suspension of the company's active accounts. "- informed the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, as a result of the review.
