In the article dated by October 21st, we talked about the problem that arose for an organization from Balashikha city district, which repeatedly received a refusal to issue a permit for the reconstruction of an industrial building in order to organize a living room for employees. 

The appeal remained under the control of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

The commissioner carried out step-by-step support of the applicant until he received the necessary documents.

Thanks to the support of the Construction Assistance Center of the Moscow Region and the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, on November 2nd of 2022, the Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region granted a limited liability company a permit for the reconstruction of a non-residential building without requiring any additional documents.
