The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev paid a working visit to the Balashikha city district. 

During the visit a meeting was held with the head of the municipality Sergey Yurov. The participants of the meeting discussed the current state of the business climate in the city district, as well as exchanged views on the most pressing business issues.

More than 25 thousand SMEs are engaged in entrepreneurial activity in Balashikha, more than 19 thousand are individual entrepreneurs. More than 5.7 thousand new business entities appeared in the city district in 2022. In total, more than 48 thousand people are employed in the business sector in the district. A public reception of the regional Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs operates on a permanent basis in Balashikha. According to Vladimir Golovnev, in 2022, the staff of the public reception provided entrepreneurs with more than 50 consultations. The most common issues were the cadastral valuation of land, the work of the tax service, the implementation of municipal contracts, the promotion of domestic products, compliance with lease payments and their accruals.

Along with the head of the city district Sergey Yurov, the Commissioner held a personal reception of entrepreneurs, during which 6 people applied for the protection of their rights and legitimate interests. Issues of a land and property nature, compensation for socially oriented businesses, interaction with internal affairs bodies, assistance in obtaining a loan, as well as transportation of employees to and from work were voiced. All the topics have been taken under control. Entrepreneurs have been given appropriate explanations and recommendations on each issue.
