The representatives of 9 regions met on the same platform with entrepreneurs, executive authorities, expert and lawyer community to discuss issues of safe business in modern realities, systemic problems faced by businessmen, and ways to solve them. 

Representatives of the Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region also took part in the event.

During the business game, the participants noted a number of key issues that require prompt decision-making at both the regional and federal levels: lack of a planning horizon, lack of financial resources and difficulty in obtaining borrowed funds, reduced demand, staff shortage, decriminalization of crimes under economic articles and much more.

"The last few years have been, to put it mildly, difficult for business. The pandemic, sanctions, and Special Military Operation have made their own adjustments to the work of almost every enterprise. The authorities are doing everything today to neutralize the emerging problems, provide anti-crisis measures, import substitution, and make adjustments to the current legislation.

And the task of all the commissioners is to convey to the federal center those points that have not yet been properly regulated, to voice systemic issues of concern to the business community, to try together to create the most comfortable conditions for stabilizing the situation and developing domestic business," said Vladimir Golovnev, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman.

He also noted that the topics raised during the discussion are not new for the Moscow Region, but they are not so acute due to the constant and systematic dialogue between business and government.

All proposals announced at the conference will form part of the final resolution and will be sent to the federal level for further consideration and adoption of the necessary decisions. The business program ended with an excursion program to the sights of Voronezh.
