A moratorium on business inspections has been in effect in Russia for the third year. 

The priority of preventive measures brings results. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev reminded  entrepreneurs about the forms of interaction with supervisors.

- On the federal portal of Public Services there is a service "Complaint against the decision of the supervisory authority", in which a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur can leave a message with disagreement on the actions of supervisors, report a violation of the moratorium or extend the deadline for the execution of the order. But you can use it if all other opportunities have not led to a result," the Business Ombudsman said.

Golovnev noted that the procedure of pre-trial appeal of the results of inspections is widely used in the Moscow Region. A detailed instruction manual can be found on the Commissioner's website in the section "Legal Education".

If there are concerns that the supervisory event may take place outside the legal framework, the Business Ombudsman and his representatives can be involved in it.

The Commissioner also recalled that entrepreneurs have the opportunity to self-examine their business without waiting for the arrival of inspectors. To do this, you need to submit an application on the regional portal of state services of the Russian State Portal of Public Services in the section "Control and supervisory activities".

The digital platform provides for several forms of interaction: counseling, preventive visit and self-examination. With the help of the service, an entrepreneur can independently pass electronic checklists from a mobile phone and send them to the supervisory authorities without visiting the facility by an inspector.
