At the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev along with the Moscow Region Chamber of Advocates, a training webinar for business owners and managers was held.  

With the topic "Corruption crimes committed by entrepreneurs in the field of state procurement".

During the webinar, the speaker, who is the Vice-president of the Moscow Bar Association "Sed Lex" and the head of the expert commission under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Criminal Prosecution Anton Bykov, spoke about the concepts and types of corruption crimes in the field of public procurement, illegal actions in the preparation of procurement, competitive procedures and execution of the state contract.

During the online conference, the participants of the webinar were introduced to the specifics of preparing for the purchase, the formation of a commercial offer.

The speaker paid special attention to the concept of competition in economic activity, administrative and criminal liability of organizations for its restriction, through the organization of a cartel and other fraudulent actions.

Articles 135 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", which defines the organizational and legal basis for the protection of competition of economic entities, were analyzed in detail.
