The leasing company appealed to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev with a complaint about the inaction of law enforcement agencies.

The representative of the company filed applications to the police stations in Mytishchi, Domodedovo and Leninsky city districts on the fact of theft from the company of two backhoe loaders, three dump trucks, one concrete mixer truck and one passenger car. Special equipment and a car were leased by "individual entrepreneurs". After receiving the vehicles, no payments were made under leasing agreements. The security service of the applicant company found out that the GLONASS beacons installed on the technical equipment were dismantled and reinstalled on taxi cars, the regular beacons were also removed. It is not possible to find equipment on your own.

The initiation of criminal cases by the police was refused. The issue was discussed at a joint reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the first deputy Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Andrei Gantsev. The participants of the meeting, having clarified a number of details and requested the necessary documents, took the issue under control.

According to the results of the prosecutor's check, a criminal case of embezzlement was initiated in the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Mytishchinskoe". Investigative actions and operational search measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the committed crime are being carried out.

The Prosecutor's Office canceled the decisions of the police to refuse to initiate criminal cases in Domodedovo and Leninsky city districts and sent materials for additional checks by law enforcement agencies.
