Within the framework of the Entrepreneurial Classes project, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the heads of the public receptions introduced schoolchildren and students to the basics of doing business

They also talked about the need to develop communication and thinking abilities, self-education skills, self-organization and other qualities inherent in successful entrepreneurs.

The implementation of the project began last year and is taking place with the personal participation of Vladimir Golovnev. At the beginning of 2023 he spoke to students of the Tax College, the College of International Economic Relations, the International College of Business and Design, the Institute of Finance and Sustainable Development of the Russian Academy of National Economy, the State Academic University of Humanities. In an informal setting, the Ombudsman told the students about his activities, applied knowledge and business risks.

Similar meetings were held throughout the year in urban districts. The heads of the Commissioner's public reception offices together with current businessmen shared their stories of ups and downs with schoolchildren, explained how to build business processes, what kind of assistance the state provides, what mechanisms exist to protect the rights of entrepreneurs. The invited speakers, among other things, talked about the basics of legal, financial and tax literacy.

In Pavlovsky Posad, for example, schoolchildren underwent career guidance within the framework of the project, learned about vacancies at 20 industrial enterprises of the district and received employment advice, communicating directly with employers.

About 50 business lessons were held in Odintsovo, Shchelkov, Chekhov, Balashikha, Pavlovsky Posad, Dmitrov, Shatura, Korolev, Stupin, Solnechnogorsk, Bogorodsky, Mytishchi and Orekhovo-Zuevo city districts.

- The Entrepreneurial Classes project has exceeded expectations this year. Educational institutions were happy to invite us to such lessons. And the guys, in turn, asked practical questions, showing their awareness and keen interest in the topic. The reality is that more and more young people are becoming self-employed, trying themselves out as businessmen, and uniting to promote new ideas and projects. Therefore, it was important for us that they also know what support measures are in place in the region for start-up entrepreneurs, what tools exist to protect business rights. The government and the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov are trying to support young businessmen as much as possible. Every year, new and modern services are launched in the region, registration and control procedures are simplified, everything is done to make business feel as comfortable as possible on the Moscow Region land – said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
