The network of public reception offices of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev covers 46 municipalities of the region. 

The heads of reception offices receive and advise entrepreneurs on a wide range of issues on a daily basis.

A businessman applied to the public reception of the Business Ombudsman in the Korolev city district for a positive sanitary and epidemiological conclusion for the construction of a sports and recreation complex. The planned facility will be located on the border of the airport's air approach lanes. The businessman needs to collect a large package of documents to obtain a construction permit for this purpose. The entrepreneur failed to obtain a conclusion on his own. Lyudmila Kozlova, the head of the reception, organized a personal meeting for the entrepreneur at the territorial department of Rospotrebnadzor, during which they explained to him the provisions of the Federal Law № 135 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, regarding the improvement of the procedure for establishing and using the airfield territory and sanitary protection zone", dated on 01.07.2017, and helped to collect a package of necessary documents.

The entrepreneur received a positive conclusion on compliance with the standards of the facility under construction within two weeks after contacting the reception.
