In addition to signing the document, the business ombudsmen exchanged views on the current business situation, talked about the unique network of public reception rooms in urban districts created in the Moscow Region, about the practice of pre-trial dispute settlement within the Mediation Center, about systematic interaction with expert and business communities within the framework of Expert and Public Councils, shared their experience in norm-setting and legal education.
