On October 4th the Moscow Region celebrates its 91st anniversary. The region could rightly be proud of rich historical and cultural, labour and heroic heritage, its economic and human potential.
On the eve of the 100-year line, that is 9 years to go, the results are being summed up and new pages of the region history are being opened to be assessed by our descendants after.
The Moscow Region is one of the most economically developed regions of Russia. About 100 new and modernized enterprises are launched in the Moscow Region every year, new production facilities and jobs are created, residential buildings are being constructed, schools, kindergartens, cultural institutions, roads are being built and reconstructed also and the material and technical base of medical institutions is being improved.
All these achievements allow the region to look surely into tomorrow and make the most ambitious plans for the future, despite the adjustments that the coronavirus pandemic has made in our lives.
I am sure that with our joint efforts we will overcome any difficulties! This means that we need to work for the good of the Moscow region, rejoice in our shared success and unite in solving common problems.
