Vladimir Golovnev opened a public reception in Mytischi urban district of Moscow Region and held a personal reception for entrepreneurs.
On October 6th of 2020 the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev along with local administration opened a new public reception and held a personal reception for entrepreneurs in Mytischi urban district.
The events were attended by the deputy head of Mytischi administration Irina Shilova, the head of Commissioner's public reception Roman Korobeikin.
During a working visit to the city district, the Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev held a working meeting with the head of Mytischi district Viktor Azarov and discussed with him the most important issues related to dynamic development of the leading economy sectors and the business environment of the city district at all.
The entrepreneurs' personal reception took place at the coworking center "Start" on Novomytischinsky prospect. Up to 8 entrepreneur's questions were considered during the meeting.
“More than 18 thousand of small and medium business subjects, including individual entrepreneurs, are registered on the territory of Mytischi urban district. Mytishchi is one of the three leaders in the Moscow region by the total number of SMEs registered in the city district. Therefore, the issue of opening a reception office within walking distance for business in this municipality was not subject to discussion. I am sure, that because of the head of the new public reception in Mytischi, Roman Sergeevich Korobeikinov, all applicants can count on prompt and objective consideration of their appeals”, said Vladimir Golovnev, the Business Ombudsman for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region.
According to Vladimir Golovnev, the effectiveness of public receptions had showed most clearly especially during the coronavirus pandemic.
“All 37 public receptions, including the central office, worked 24/7 during the period of self-isolation. The coronavirus issue has not lost its relevance until now. In particular, three of eight entrepreneurs applied for this issue. All accepted applications are registered and will be considered. Some questions were answered already during the reception. No question will remain unanswered. The local administration will take special control over individual appeals”, added Vladimir Golovnev.
